Refund policy before the pickup

Keep a copy of the Refund Policy with the reservation.

These are the refund and cancellation rules already published by CarBooking.pk. Both wordings are kept here so you can read them together. The full text is on the terms and conditions page.

Cancellation fee in the terms

  • A 20% cancellation fee applies if the booking is canceled within 48 hours of booking.
  • If the rental is cut short, the daily rate may be recalculated, and a full day, including fuel and driver costs, can still be charged.

Refunds in the terms

  • 48 hours or more before the service: full refund of the advance payment.
  • Less than 48 hours before the service: 70% refund, 30% cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations: no refund.

When the service cannot be provided

  • The car is unavailable: a replacement is offered. If none is available, the advance is refunded in full.
  • Mechanical failure or an accident: another car is attempted. If none is available, the unused portion is refunded.
  • You are unhappy with the service: write to us within 24 hours. It is reviewed case by case.

Not refunded

  • Ending the rental early.
  • Delays from traffic, weather, or anything else outside our control.
  • A booking that does not follow the terms.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Keep the payment proof and the booking confirmation, and write to thecarbookingpk@gmail.com or call +92 333 4896830.
