This FAQ is the short version of the published terms: how to reserve, how payment is split, what to bring, and what a cancellation returns. It is not a second set of rules.
FAQ on booking, fuel, and cancellations
How do I book a car?
Choose the car, then self-drive or with a driver, the duration, and city or outstation. Add the pickup date and the city. Same-day bookings use the pickup date as the return. Weekly and monthly bookings also need the date you will bring the car back.
How is the booking paid?
Full payment is collected in two parts: 50% to confirm the booking, and the remaining 50% when the car is delivered. The booking is confirmed only after the first 50% arrives.
What identification do you need?
A copy of your ID card or passport, so the booking can be matched to you before the car is handed over.
Can I drive the car myself?
The fleet lists self-drive and with-driver packages, and the price changes with that choice. The published terms also say that vehicles are chauffeur-driven and that self-driving is not permitted. Confirm the drive type with us before you pay. The full wording is on the terms.
What is not included in the price?
Airport fees, parking, tolls, and taxes. A cleaning fee can apply if the car comes back excessively dirty. On an outstation trip, fuel and tolls for the return can apply if the car is not brought back to Lahore.
How does fuel work?
Fuel is measured from our base. The car should come back with a full tank at the end of each day. Once the booking is confirmed, the route is not changed.
What does the driver allowance cover?
Overnight trips outside Lahore: driver accommodation and meals at Rs 2,000 per night. Trips inside Lahore: a Rs 500 meal allowance.
What happens if I cancel?
The terms publish two cancellation wordings, and both are kept. One is a 20% fee if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. The refund section says: 48 hours or more before the service, the advance is refunded in full; less than 48 hours before the service, 70% is refunded and 30% is kept; a same-day cancellation is not refunded. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 7 to 10 business days. Read both on the refund policy.

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and other cities in Pakistan, for travel inside the city or outstation. Type the city when you search.
