Booking and cancellation

Booking steps before the car is delivered

A booking on CarBooking.pk is a package: a car, a drive type, a duration, and a travel area. The figure you confirm is that package, not a daily rate added up afterwards.

How to book

  1. Choose the brand, or start from the full fleet.
  2. Choose self-drive or with a driver, same day, weekly, or monthly, and city or outstation.
  3. Add the pickup date, the return date when the package is longer than a day, and the city.
  4. Confirm the booking. 50% is paid to hold the car. The other 50% is paid when the car is delivered.

A copy of an ID card or passport is required before the car is handed over.

Fuel, tolls, and the driver

  • Fuel is measured from our base. The car is returned with a full tank at the end of each day.
  • The rental fee does not include airport fees, parking, tolls, or taxes.
  • If an outstation car is not returned to Lahore, fuel and tolls for the journey back can be charged.
  • Overnight trips outside Lahore: driver accommodation and meals are Rs 2,000 per night.
  • Trips inside Lahore: a Rs 500 meal allowance applies when a driver is booked.
  • The car cannot carry more people or luggage than it is rated for, and it cannot be used for anything illegal.

Self-drive and with a driver

The fleet lists both. The published terms also say that vehicles are chauffeur-driven and that self-driving is not permitted. Tell us which package you want before you pay, and we will confirm it in writing.

Changes and cancellations

Route changes are not accepted after the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and refund amounts are set out on the refund policy and in the terms.
